Fonte Sala

Country Houses

The Fonte Sala estate, property of the Montalcini family for over a century, is in a sunny area overlooking the vast Umbria countryside. It is surrounded by acres of olive trees belonging to the family and Montefalco "Sagrantino" vineyards in line with the traditional wine-making of the area.

The foundations of the square tower are from the Longobard period, and are still visible in part.

The country home has recently undergone restructuring which has however maintained its original structure.

It is divided into three large apartments: Torre, Zefiro, and Bacco, with the family’s antique furniture, and two smaller ones: Ginestra and Lavanda.

An additional bed may always be accommodated.

The pool is set among the olive trees and is the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday.
